Head of Marketing & Sales

Skincity’s Head of Marketing & Sales has the global responsibility for marketing and sales plus heads up the inhouse creative team.

In order to achieve Skincity’s bold ambitions we are searching for a very driven, experienced, commercial yet also creative super star who is

You are digitally native, fast-paced without losing the details and easy to adapt to new environments & changes in the marketing landscape. At Skincity we like team players who don’t think in silos but enjoy co-operation across the organisation.


Responsibilities:

Together with a team of approx. 20 staff the Head of Marketing & Sales is responsible for the following areas:

  • Acquisition
    • Top funnel spend such as youtube, TV, influencers, PR etc.
    • Performance marketing (paid social, sem, seo, affiliate, programmatic influencers,…); ROAS, ROMI driven
  • Conversion Optimization; incl. web analysis, site optimization, ownership-of check-out and site functions, localisation…
  • CRM; incl. increasing CLV, multi-channel-loyalty programs
  • In-house creative team creating all assets for on-site and any marketing communication
  • Promotions & Merchandising responsibility to create, negotiate and activate targeted promotions in all of our channels with satisfied customers and optimized ROI as a result
  • Exploration of additional revenue channels outside of the existing D2C online business (eg physical retail, marketplaces, distribution,…)
  • Leadership: develop and further build a stellar marketing & sales organization
  • Creation and full ownership of marketing & sales budget (dept P&L), optimizing and forecasting (Budget responsibility for all spend top to bottom funnel including customer analysis)
  • Ownership of marketing projects
  • Negotiation with external stakeholders (agencies, collaboration partners, suppliers,…)
  • Optimize workflows within dept and with other depts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of marketing and sales within a digital industry, additional sales channels a plus
  • Extensive knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Paid Social and SEM programs
  • Analytical and collaborative with outstanding organization & communication skills
  • Curious mind, passionate for identifying and implementing marketing insights
  • Design interested understanding the importance of concept and brand integrity in marketing
  • 5+ years leadership, excellent people management skills, managing multiple teams
  • Experience within a fast-paced growth company
  • Global experience
  • Fluent English (svenska är ett plus men inget måste)

 

The Head of Marketing & Sales reports to the CEO and is part of the management team.
