Our Brand Innovation team is looking for a Brand Manager. As Brand Manager, you will be crucial in developing Skincity’s own brands. You will be responsible for all commercial aspects of your brands, including but not limited to strategic brand building, tactical marketing planning and daily execution. In this role you will get the chance to be part of developing a relatively new business within Skincity from the ground up. The role reports to the Brand Innovation Business Manager.


  • Responsible for marketing and sales for brands developed by Skincity
  • Responsible for launching new brands in multiple markets simultaneously and further develop existing brands through new product launches
  • Marketing budget responsibility
  • Create and execute on marketing strategy and plan including communication strategy, social media, advertising, collaborations & PR, website, distribution and more.
  • Lead a team from time to time, consisting of inhouse resources and consultants to help you deliver on your ambitious plans and goals for multiple geographical markets
  • Coordinate activities with Skincity marketing department and category department
  • The role is relatively new and offers the possibility to develop as the business grows

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role we think that you have at least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager or similar, ideally within the beauty industry. We believe that you have a Bachelor degree or similar in relevant fields (business, marketing or equivalent). You have experience of coordinating work for colleagues and you have a strong creative skillset. As you will work with communication across several markets you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. If you are a skin therapist or have extensive knowledge in skincare it is a strong plus.
