Through the highest possible efficiency, quality and service ensure that each order is delivered according to our customers expectations and maximize the customer experience by setting an example in e-commerce.

Incoming goods are responsible for incoming purchase orders, ensuring that they are quality controlled and registered for sale within 48h. Owners of inventory and stock balance.

Pick and Pack are responsible for each order, making sure it's picked and packed within 24 H. Quality controlling the wrapping to keep the quality as desired.

Administration are the system owners for the logistical departments. Handles customer cases that concern the logistical flow e.g. returns, complaints, transport issues. Support function to other logistics departments.


Procurements responsibility is to secure a high level of service where all the products we sell will be in stock at the time our customers want to buy them, while at the same time ensuring that we do not bind too much capital in stock.

Managing demand planning on regular demand, forecast planning on campaign demand. Having the daily contact with our suppliers, placing purchase orders and manage product updates like out of stock situation, product launches etc.
