Customer Relations


At our customer relations department, you as an experienced skin therapist are given the opportunity to share your great experience and knowledge to our lovely, curious customers. Our customers contact us by phone, chat or email to get advice and support on their journey towards a more beautiful and more healthy skin. In our wide, carefully chosen range, we are always able to find products that suit the customer's skin and wishes because we have more than 50 of the premier professional skin care and makeup brands on the market.

Sharing the skin therapist's knowledge and educating our clients about skin care is a strong driving force for us. In order to keep up to date on the latest knowledge, we have trainings on a regular basis, often every week.

As an employed skin therapist at Skincity, you have full-time working hours. The work is done at our office in Täby where our showroom is located and one of the most important sources of information; your colleagues. Everything in order to help the customers in the best possible way.
